The convergence of happiness research, medical effectiveness research, distrust of markets, and much more effective ways to monitor people's travel, work and finances, will by 2015 result in almost everything we do or consume being taxed or exempted from tax based on schedules developed by committees appointed by federal government offices.
The schedules will include: Forbidden, Discouraged, Ignored, Encouraged, Required.
